2007/08 Volunteer Opportunities:
Immediate:
Volunteers needed Now. R.O.A.R. Reward Of All Readers, the signature program of the Aptos Junior High Library cannot happen without your involvement! Right now we are seeking parents and community members who are interested in soliciting donations.
Drop-in Basis:
Recode library for AR.
Monitor computers before school, break & lunch (Involves some training).
Long Term Commitment:
I am looking for parents who would be interested in learning how to run the library. The library is normally closed during 5th period, when I eat lunch, so if one or two parents are willing to come in a couple of days a week we can keep the library open for equal access.
Occasionally, I also need a volunteer substitute when I am called off campus. The district has no library substitutes.
Aptos Junior High Library needs help with the ROAR. We need people interested in Fundraisors, Donation seekers, and Activity directors.
